Any items of a lesser value will incur a charge of £5.95

Delivery:
Orders will be delivered discreetly packaged – Ann Summers will not be mentioned on the packaging.
We aim to deliver your goods within 21 days, but occasionally due to postal and stock related issues we may fall outside this timescale. In the unlikely event of this happening we will email you and keep you informed.
Returns:
If an item is unsuitable, please contact us within 4 days of receipt and I will make arrangements for an exchange or refund. The items should be returned within 10 days.All labelling on returned products must be attached and the product should be in resaleable condition.
"Toys" may only be returned if found to be faulty – this must be reported within 48hrs.
